And then it was, I very much have my own personal brand. I like to write. I will be talking about X, Y, Z, my process, what I go through. And the main reason why I even started it was I think we, as social media managers, have really tough jobs. And it's more of how do I provide access and insight into what I'm doing and then also learning from other people as well. And that has to stay up. And it was part of my contract. It was in my negotiations. And I was, either you're going to be okay with it or I'm out. And they were okay with it.
